
During the prestigious European Hotel Awards 2024 ceremony, held on October 14, 2024, at the Radisson Collection Royal Copenhagen, Céline Risso, director of the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, received the coveted Next Generation Hotelier of the Year award.
A new generation of leadership: Céline Risso’s career blends traditional luxury with modern needs. Before joining the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet in 2023, she worked at the Hôtel l’Hermitage in Monte-Carlo SBM and the Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel as sales director.
Under her leadership, the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, a Relais & Châteaux member, strengthened its reputation as a prestigious Provencal destination, combining art, nature, and gastronomy with personalized service.
She has also built partnerships with local artisans, offering touches such as lavender-scented gifts and local honey for guests, enhancing the hotel’s unique identity.
La Table du Castellet, led by Chef Fabien Ferré, holds three Michelin stars and offers refined, locally inspired cuisine that balances tradition and modernity.
