The Radisson Collection Royal Copenhagen is not only recognized for the quality of its services, but also for its unique architectural heritage. Jacobsen’s work extends into every element of interior design, including the famous “Egg” and “Swan” chairs, which he also designed.

After the awards ceremony, guests were invited to a sumptuous gala dinner, orchestrated by Chef Henrik Fredskov, celebrated for his refined and innovative culinary art. The tables were adorned with the iconic Griottines©.
Dessert was a Suspiro caramel cream with mango-passion fruit sorbet and salted almond crisps. Wines included La Scola White Wine, Plaza del Sol Red Wine by David Moreno, EPC champagne, and Bottega Gold Prosecco, with Healsi water personalized with the European Hotel Awards logo.
