A career dedicated to prestigious hospitality. Jorge Gonzalez is not a stranger in the hotel universe of the French Riviera. With an impressive background, he has left his mark on several renowned establishments, starting with the Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort in Biot, which he managed from 2019 to 2023. This unique complex of 150 rooms, featuring a 900 m² spa, 34 tennis courts, and a rich culinary offering of up to five restaurants, saw its profitability and visibility significantly increase under his governance.
An expert in repositioning and upgrading
A graduate of the prestigious Hotel Management School Les Roches (Crans-Montana, Switzerland), Jorge Gonzalez has established himself as a specialist in strategic repositioning and operational transformation. His credo: analyze, structure, train, and support to reposition an establishment without losing its soul. From budget management to the development of marketing strategies, including team coaching, his method is comprehensive and personalized.
“The goal is not only to optimize financial performance. It is also about giving meaning back to the establishment’s project, enhancing the customer experience, and involving every employee in collective success,” he confides to us.
A new activity: A&C International
Since January 2024, he has been leading A&C International, a structure dedicated to bespoke support for hotels, resorts, and hotel groups. His mission? To provide a 360° vision on strategy, development, profitability, and training. He intervenes both in management missions and operational support, with a rare expertise in premium events.

At the head of the Mouratoglou Resort, Jorge Gonzalez has notably orchestrated large-scale dinner concerts that have left a mark: The Jacksons, Bakermat, Ben l’Oncle Soul, Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, Joss Stone, Ayo, and Earth, Wind & Fire.
