The H4 Hotel Paris Pleyel celebrates its 1st anniversary. A symbol of the renewal of Saint-Denis, the H4 Hotel Wyndham, Paris Pleyel Resort is part of an unprecedented urban and architectural dynamic.
An architectural bet in an iconic tower – At 140 meters high, the pyramidal silhouette of the Pleyel Tower has dominated the urban landscape of northern Paris for over half a century. Once a landmark of an industrial past, it is now the stage for a spectacular metamorphosis.
For a year now, the H4 Hotel Wyndham, Paris Pleyel Resort**** has welcomed travelers from around the world with its 697 rooms rising from the 4th to the 40th floor, a panoramic bar perched at 129 meters high, a pool suspended in the clouds, and a convention center with international ambitions. In the shadow of the Stade de France, in the heart of Greater Paris, this address embodies the regained vitality of a territory in full effervescence.
A hotel between industrial heritage and contemporary design
The bet was bold: to transform a concrete icon from the 70s into a flagship of contemporary hospitality. Supported by Revo Hospitality Group, this first French establishment of the H-Hotels.com collection combines the elegance of a premium 4-star hotel with the spirit of a neighborhood in full renaissance. The former manufacturing district has transformed into a cultural, urban, and gastronomic scene, driven in part by the legacy of the Olympic Games. Nearby, chef Thierry Marx has established Le Bouillon du Coq, and the Explore Paris platform offers numerous guided tours between street art, rehabilitated wastelands, and unsuspected heritage.
The design of the H4 Hotel Paris Pleyel resolutely plays the card of hybridization. The industrial past of the site — former home of Pleyel pianos — surfaces in discreet touches: textured gray walls, metal structures, illustrations of pianists on the doors of the rooms. But modernity asserts itself without hesitation. The 697 rooms — including 13 suites and a presidential suite — come in three styles: industrial, classic, and urban. No Hungarian point on the floor, workshop-style skylights in the bathroom, mirrors like artist’s dressing rooms, contemporary furniture: the mix is skillfully balanced. The whole has been orchestrated by Axel Schoenert Architectes and Stretchko Markovic (163 Ateliers), in a process of respecting the existing structure and opening up to the future.
A gastronomic and panoramic experience
The ground floor houses the restaurant Le Pleyel, which pays a gourmet tribute to French terroir under the leadership of Chef Laurent Legat. One can savor organic ravioli from Villenoy, prawn risotto, or praline Saint-Honoré in a sober and friendly atmosphere. But it is on the 40th floor that the elevation takes on its full meaning: the panoramic bar The Stage, the highest rooftop in France, offers breathtaking views of the capital, from Montmartre to the Eiffel Tower. A space that is both festive and elegant, open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM to midnight.
Suspended pool, well-being, and fitness at altitude
It is also on this same floor that one finds the highest pool in France. A true gem of well-being suspended in the air, it offers breathtaking views of the Stade de France and the Paris region. One can swim in the morning under the first rays of sun, or in the evening under the stars, in a calm and private atmosphere. A state-of-the-art fitness room, located on the 38th floor, completes the wellness offering. Last summer, some Olympic athletes even found a training venue that met their high standards.
An internationally oriented convention center
But the H4 Hotel Paris Pleyel is not limited to hospitality: it also plays the business card. With 10,000 m² dedicated to events, including a plenary room of 1,180 m², 15 meeting rooms, cutting-edge technological equipment, and a private parking lot with 249 spaces, its convention center is already establishing itself as one of the largest in northern Paris. An infrastructure designed to host conferences, seminars, trade shows, with a rare flexibility of configuration and appreciated modularity.
A strong address with a territorial vision
In just one year, the H4 Hotel Wyndham, Paris Pleyel Resort has established itself as a key player in the new hotel landscape of Île-de-France. It embodies a vision: that of an ambitious hospitality, open to the territory, at the crossroads of heritage, innovation, and urban inclusion. An address to (re)discover, in a 93 that has never deserved its nickname of Parisian Brooklyn more.
